Social Emotional Learning with the Bible

This printable is great for Kindergarten through high school. This is a simple guide in how you can teach your child social emotional skills using the Bible.

Social emotional learning is the foundation for building character. You are a doing an awesome job growing all aspects of your child!

Teaching Tip: Be intentional about teaching social emotional learning. Validate your child's emotions while exemplifying and explaining how to deal with tough emotions. Read books about emotions. Our local library has plenty of board books in the toddler/preschool section about emotions. We enjoy the Elizabeth Verdick books! Also, ask children how a character in a story or movie might be feeling, and why?
